The Adventure Continues...

On Sunday, Mommy and I had a picnic at a place called The Hot Spot. It's a short drive into the woods from here and it is near a river (that didn't have much water). We sat in the shade and watched a dog chase a ball in the water and listened to the birds. I even took a nap dispite the crazy kids running all over. Unfortunately, a really loud crow cawed too close and woke me up! Here is a picture of our feet in the sand! Daddy surprised us with a visit Sunday night too.


On Monday we took a really long walk through the woods. The trail was nice and wide without too many roots to bump over in the stroller. We're lucky to be staying so close to fun things!

Last night one of the cats caught a bat and brought it into the house! We found it this morning, dead in the hallway! Mommy kept walking by it thinking it was a cat toy. Yuck!
